Alicia E. Yamin, honored for her work on maternal mortality    05/ 05/09 Alicia E. Yamin, a member of our Steering Committee, was an honoree in the Third edition of the Smart Cookie Award held last April 20 in New York City.  This award recognized Alicia’s sustained work on maternal mortality and her support to Amnesty International’s Demand Dignity Campaign in this area.   You can watch this video highlighting her work as special advisor to AI’s campaign Demanding Dignity, Congratulations Alicia!
