11/20/09  We exist to generate and facilitate dialogue and reflection on existing and upcoming challenges for the human rights agenda and to advance strategic advocacy to confront them. To do so, we provide a forum for innovative voices in the human rights field. HRA and the University of Deusto are inviting papers to be submitted for publication in 2009.  (CLOSED)
